# How to Play

* To participate in the project, investors need a software wallet. We recommend **MetaMask** as the preferred wallet option. This wallet must contain funds in the form of **USDT BEP-20 tokens on the BSCChain**. The purpose of having these funds is to be able to purchase **$Nitranium** tokens from the **$NTNM-USDT Liquidity pool on Pancakeswap v2** and to acquire MINT game NFTs. Each NFT costs 20 USDT in $NTNM tokens.

## *<mark style="background-color:green;"># MINT, CREATE & EXTRACT</mark>*

In order to extract **$Nitranium**, investors need to mint **Robonauts** and **Excavators**, create a **Colony**, and send it on an **expedition to the Moon**. Robonauts are NFTs used by Colonies to extract $Nitranium from the Moon's surface. The rarity of your Robonauts determines your **Extraction Power**, which, in turn, defines which Moon you can fly to. However, Robonauts themselves cannot collect materials on the Moon's surface, so you will need at least one Excavator as well. Excavators are machines used by Colonies to gather materials on the Moon's surface for Robonauts to extract $Nitranium and generate profits.

Therefore, if you want to mine **Moon 3**, where you need at least **300 EP** (Extraction Power), you will need to combine your Excavator/s and Robonaut/s in a way that provides your Colony with enough slots for Robonauts to achieve the required **Extraction Power**.

#### *<mark style="background-color:orange;">Rewards</mark>*

Successful expeditions will be rewarded with an equivalent amount of **$Nitranium**, which is determined by the difficulty of the Moon from which the material was collected. To maintain the value of rewards and mints, a [**Real Time Oracle (RTO)**](https://moon-x-expeditions.gitbook.io/moonx-expeditions/economy/transparent-tokenomics/real-time-oracle-rto) has been implemented. This RTO also ensures that the reward pool is not depleted too quickly.

Player's rewards in the **Unclaimed wallet** are pegged to the **value of USDT** until they are claimed. This means that the player's rewards are safe, regardless of any fluctuations in the price of $Nitranium.

#### <mark style="background-color:orange;">Early Withdraw Fee</mark>

When **claiming** your rewards in **$Nitranium**, there is a **40% Early Withdrawal Tax**. However, this tax will gradually **decrease by 2% every day** for the next 20 days until **it reaches 0%**. Once the tax reaches 0%, you will be able to claim your $Nitranium rewards without any tax implications, making it a **tax-free claim**.
